This Privacy Notice has been prepared by BOX CO CONCEPT, acting as the Data Controller, in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), to inform members about the purposes for which their personal data are processed, the legal grounds for processing, the methods of collection, the parties to whom the data may be transferred, and their rights under the KVKK.
Within the scope of this membership registration form, personal data including identity information (first name and last name), contact information (telephone number and email address), address information, transaction security data, and user transaction records may be processed.

Your personal data may be processed for the purposes of creating and managing your membership account, processing and delivering your orders, completing payment transactions, providing customer support services, conducting communication activities, ensuring information security, preventing potential legal risks, fulfilling legal and regulatory obligations, and improving the overall user experience.
Your personal data may be shared, where necessary and in accordance with applicable legislation, with payment service providers, shipping companies, infrastructure and hosting service providers, accounting service providers, and authorized public institutions and authorities.
