This Privacy Notice has been prepared by BOX CO CONCEPT, acting as the Data Controller, in accordance with Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures to Be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform. Its purpose is to inform you about the purposes for which your personal data are processed, the legal grounds for processing, the methods of collection, the parties to whom your data may be transferred, and your rights under the KVKK.

The personal data you provide through the contact form on our website, including your full name, email address, telephone number, and the content of your message, are processed for the purposes of evaluating your requests, suggestions, complaints, and applications regarding our products and services, contacting you, managing customer relationship processes, and providing feedback when necessary.

We recommend that you do not include any personal data that you do not wish to share, or any special categories of personal data (sensitive personal data), in the information you submit through the contact form.

Your personal data are processed automatically based on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK, namely: processing being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, compliance with the legal obligations of the data controller, and the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that such processing does not violate the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.

Your personal data may be transferred to authorized public institutions, governmental authorities, and judicial bodies where required by applicable laws and regulations.
