This Privacy Notice has been prepared by BOX CO CONCEPT, acting as the data controller, in accordance with Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform. It aims to inform you about the purposes for which your personal data are processed, the legal grounds for processing, the methods of collection, the parties to whom your personal data may be transferred, and your rights under the KVKK.

The personal data you provide through the Newsletter subscription form on our website, such as your full name and email address, are processed for the purposes of carrying out the necessary business processes to enable relevant individuals to benefit from the products and services offered by our Company and to contact you regarding your inquiry or request. Please note that we do not have absolute control over the information you choose to submit through this form. Therefore, we recommend that you do not share any personal data or special categories of personal data that you do not wish us to process.

The aforementioned personal data are processed electronically based on the legal grounds set forth in Article 5 of the KVKK, namely: "processing is necessary for the legitimate interests pursued by the data controller, provided that such processing does not violate the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject," and "processing is necessary for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations." Your personal data will only be shared with the competent judicial authorities in the event of legal disputes.
