2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
The purpose of this Agreement is to define the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s), the specifications and sale price of which are stated below, ordered electronically by the BUYER through the Seller's website.

The product shall be delivered to the address specified by the BUYER within a maximum of thirty (30) days from the confirmation of the order.
Delivery may be carried out by the contracted shipping company or an authorized service provider.
Installation of boilers, air conditioners, and similar products shall be performed by the authorized service provider.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER has the right to withdraw from this Agreement within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery of the product without providing any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the BUYER must notify the SELLER in writing or through another durable medium within the withdrawal period.
Products returned under the right of withdrawal must be unused and in a condition suitable for resale.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that have been installed by an authorized service provider.
7. PRODUCTS EXCLUDED FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products that have been installed
- Products unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons following personal use
- Products whose packaging has been opened and which are no longer suitable for resale
8. RETURN CONDITIONS
Returned products must:
- Be returned in their original packaging
- Include all accessories
- Be accompanied by the original invoice
Shipping costs for returns made under the right of withdrawal shall be borne by the SELLER.
9. WARRANTY AND SERVICE
All products sold are covered by the warranty provided by the manufacturer or importer.
Warranty services are provided exclusively through authorized service providers.
10. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If the delivered product is found to be defective, the BUYER may, within two (2) years from the date of delivery, request one of the following remedies: free repair, replacement, refund, or a price reduction proportional to the defect.
11. LIABILITY
The BUYER agrees to use the purchased product in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and intended purpose.
The SELLER shall not be liable for any damage resulting from improper or incorrect use of the product.
12. PERSONAL DATA
The BUYER's personal data are processed solely for the purposes of receiving, processing, and delivering the order in accordance with the applicable legislation.
13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved by the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts having jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye.
14. EFFECTIVENESS
By placing an order through the website, the BUYER shall be deemed to have read, understood, and accepted all terms and conditions of this Agreement.
